Today, I launched my new startup: RequestVideo.com - We provide affordable videos for SAAS based business
Since I and my team started this agency recently, My whole intention is to expand my customer base and portfolio.
In return, I would be interested to work at a limited cost.

Looks cool and I appreciate the work, but I'm not sure I'd call $1400 for 1min an 'affordable video'.
Why not position yourself as a premium solution (as that's clearly what you offer)?

It is affordable compare to explainer videos and studio productions.
There's definitely a market for quality. Your work is far beyond a $200 explainer animation, so I think you're doing yourself a disservice by trying to compete on 'affordability'.
Use your quality as your differentiation, instead!
Add value to your offer if you're looking for some quick wins (throw in 30 seconds extra for free or something), rather than cutting your price. You should find more success with that.
