At last I can use good looking logos in my projects. New A.I. tools are making it possible for anyone to create fine logos in a matter of seconds (but many iterations :D). Until now, working on code, marketing, have to make a logo... was overwhelming.
Having a good first impression makes a difference, thanks to A.I. you can have a graphic designer on your side.
For sure, hiring a professional logo designer will be better, but we want to launch soon, right?
I've used DALLE2 but it will work on any A.I. for image generation your could try. As always you have to start somewhere and keep iterating until you are happy.
HINT!: if you have access to ChatGPT, start by asking what a logo for company that does [XYZ] should include, it will give you some ideas to start with.
ChatGPT: give me ideas for a logo for a design agency
Add "in a dark circle". So, the final prompt is: [XYZ], in a dark circle.
That would make something still awful, but will be closer to a logo.
I would take the geometric shapes idea:
Two geometric shapes, with shadows and transparencies, purple colors, in a dark circle.
This will generate something cool for sure, but you need to keep going:
*Two abstract geometric shapes, one with transparencies and shadow on top of the other, add layers, use a gradient color from black to purple, in a dark circle. *
The thing is to start with your shape, icon or whatever like:
An envelope icon, add dynamism, shadows and transparencies, in purple colors, add many layers, shadows, in a dark circle.
... and keep iterating until happy.
[ICON or IMAGE or shape], [collection of details], [colors or type of image or style], in a dark circle.
We all are planning a graphic designer assistant as a service, but you need a human anyway. A.I. still needs a human director, if you let an A.I. make a logo unsupervised, you are leaving good design value on the table.
I tried to play around with AI logo generator like Midjourney, but I never got a satisfying result.
I'll definitely give this idea a try. Thanks for sharing!
Haven't tried Midjourney yet, but with DALLE, first generations are not good but help you define what you want, after a few iterations, your definition gets clearer and the results are good, but I repeat that it really needs you as the director. Thanks for the comment!
thanks for sharing i will try this.
