Mental health depends on many factors. A polluted environment, stress, troubles at work contribute to this. In addition, an unbalanced diet https://lasta.app/calculators/fat-intake-calculator/ Therefore, it is worth following a diet and healthy eating habits. Then your body and spirit will have a healthy appearance, because as they say, a healthy mind resides in a healthy body.

Thank you for sharing - I think the feeling of "building something nobody (seemingly) cares about" is something most founders encounter and it really tests your own conviction in the idea / product. Personally, I found the regret minimization thought to be quite unique and something I hadn't really thought about. It turns the bucket list idea on its head - rather than asking what you want to achieve, asking the question of what you wouldn't want to live without. It is something I will dedicate some thinking to. :)

The biggest help to me has been the support of my family. Even when I've been at my lowest and thought my business will fail, they've supported me. That has been better than any motivational talks or hacks I can implement myself. Being a founder is so much harder than expected because we only ever look at the positives going into it. A strong support system is key when you get dropped back to Earth with a bump.

New startup founder here. Really resonate with what you say from the beginning of your journey - being an underdog and struggling to take on board advice etc. I think it's a learning process and we all go through tough times. I'm trying not to be tough on myself and it looks like you found some great strategies to do the same and keep pushing on. Thanks for sharing, it's really helpful to read stuff like this and not sugar-coated success stories all the time.
