Landing page for a macOS app

Hi guys,

my first post on IndieHackers. I learned about it thanks to a friend (👍🏻 Kevin Q.). He sent me here because he said I could enjoy it and get valuable feedback for a macOS app (I know, not an easy market) I've been developing for months now.
The app is called Zacc, and I created a landing page for it : https://www.zacc.app

I'm not saying anything more about the app, because I would be interested to know if you catch the concept just visiting the landing page.
Any comment, feedback would be greatly appreciated 🙏. I believe in the potential of my app, but the concept might not be easy to get in a snap.

Cheers 🍻,

Looks nice and I immediately got it.

I track all my expenses. So it's relevant.

While I browse the main thought in my mind is: Most of my expenses don't come with a PDF, but I want all expenses tracked in one thing. How does this work?

The answer is hidden in the middle of the FAQ and under normal circumstances I would not bother to go there.

Also the answer doesn't give me enough info on how it works and if this app is more time-efficient for my usecase compared to my Google Sheets workflow.

Thank you so much for taking the time 🙏, I updated the website trying to include your comments.

Tell me about the security of my invoices, is everything local? Is DATA being exchanged with your servers somehow? GDPR compliant and all that?

BTW i downloaded it, and it took a few minutes to set up but it's been working really great on my last 3 invoices as test :D

Good one! 👍🏻 Thanks for the review. I added the security/privacy concern in the FAQ.
Always very good to know it worked great 😊.

Well, I think that it's easy to understand what the app does. Like, you put PDF documents, it parses them and gives me some recommendations about expenses, reports etc.

Not sure how exactly it does this, but overall I think the idea is quite clear

Hey Akcium, thanks for the feedback. You indeed got the idea 👍🏻. How it does this is by having the user defining zones the first time it encounters a new type of PDF.
Do you think I should be more explicit on this aspect?

Well, I don't know for sure. Probably there should be some kind of section like "But how?!" with a quick gif/video or photos explaining the magic behind the scenes

This is a very good idea. I'll go deeper into this! Thanks!
