Hi all! First post here. I have been working as a software engineer for over 7 years now and I have experience in pretty much every discipline of computer science out there (the only thing I shy away from is mobile app development). Because of the lock down situation I've found myself with a lot of spare time and I wanted to use that time to start some sort of side project with someone. The only qualification I have is that you have a specific customer in mind and you have a verifiable and sustainable method of acquiring those customers. A plus would be if you had some sort of outline of what your MVP would look like! Thanks! Look forward to hearing from anyone with some interesting ideas.
How can you be contacted?
Hi! I have an idea for a two sided marketplace I've recently began to work on that I think you would be interested in. I've followed the principles of Chris Chistensens Disuptive Innovation teaching principles closely and as a result I am aiming to create a platform that would provide a direct method for developers and creators to reach customer epiphany!
Hi @ktb92677
I'm the founder of a large video community called www.industryjump.com
I'm looking for a technical partner at the moment, and if interested, i'd love to talk more! jj@industryjump.com
If you are still looking, I’d love to chat about an idea I have. My email is on my profile. :)
happy to chat. I am building a 1-click checkout and login for the entire web.
Could you let me know how I might contact you?

Hey! Would love to talk you through an edtech MVP, desperately need a tech cofounder. I have a strong following & customer base ready to go: 5.8K Twitter followers, 150K+ blog visitors and just hit 40K visitors/month with Researchify, helping schools with home learning during lockdown. Please DM on Twitter if interested, or hello@meetserge.com, look forward to hearing from you!
Not your average developer,
Please take a look at this business idea and if you are potentially interested I would love to set up a time to discuss my research and market approach to see if there is a fit for us to work together:

Hi, I have a fleshed out idea for an app-based business, have done the market research, market validation, have wireframes, etc., but I am lacking a technical cofounder to help create the MVP (on React Native?) and provide a tech perspective. Would love to get in touch, you can email me at erknews@gmail.com.
Thanks,
Elaine
this is a super-nice offer!
those are pretty steep requirements though... i seriously lol'd on this:
... and then you list out like... 3 or 4 things. lol.
Those are very minimal and very reasonable expectations. If you have a business idea, but have no clue what are your customers, what is your product going to look like at the initial stage (MVP) and how you're going to market your product, then you do not need a developer yet. Just work towards those objectives. Or learn how to do it.
but, i'd argue... that it would be fantastic to HAVE a technical person to talk through those very problems!
a non-technical person could either "try to work it out" by themselves... or partner with a technical person on these really important matters and it works out better for both folks!
also, technical people usually like to have a "say" in the product and the mvp and even how it's positioned and marketed. so, having these questions already answered may be less appealing to some.
but, i get it! good points. for the right person... yup.
