Planning to launch for the first time in my life

I always dreamed to build a service that will solve a problem. Recently after 20+ years of a consultancy career selling other's solutions, I decided that I need to create my own product. My problem was always how to find an idea, build an MVP, and then do the actual launch. Now I took the leap.

  • I started to dig into problems I face and other people could have: We subscribe to a lot of tools and online assets that we forget about, and we get surprised by the bill later on. Whether it is a domain, a web hosting service, or an API the list can go on.
  • My goal is to bring everything to one simple place where we can track the subscriptions and monitor expiry dates.
  • I saw this can be done by Excel or Notion but needed a differentiator so decided to add a summary of monthly and yearly spending.
  • Coming up with the idea and shape took some time, but once decided the rest was straightforward.
  • I am building solo, but a huge thanks to the 100daysofnocode folks for their support.
  • I am planning to do the launch this weekend, hope the community will find this project exciting.
  • You can see a demo here: https://www.loom.com/share/86ee03f40f1f469e82cc3e317aa73f01
  • Looking forward to hearing your feedback.

Nicely done on deciding to launch.

Reports are going to be the secret sauce here in my opinion. Being able to visualize — quickly — the real cost of everything you are subscribed to is the missing part for people who want to track this stuff.

    Good luck this weekend!

remember that you can launch every week until you find something that your users love

Good work Mehmet I think its a good product idea that you have. Do you have a waitlist or a community to which you will try to sell the product?

Thank you @george_p the waiting list is coming soon I will be sharing it shortly

Good luck! It can be daunting launching, but just keep in mind it doesn't have to be perfect if it's just an MVP

Our launch at Evoke was pretty simplistic for our MVP and it still went pretty good

    Good luck Mehmet!

I think a lot of people/companies could save on this if they better tracked their subscriptions.

Where do you plan to launch it?

Hey Mehmet, that looks really cool and I definitely resonate with the problem. Definitely recommend a landing page, just so you can validate real user demand. But looks promising. All the best!

all the best ! where is your landing page ? it would be good to create landing page and add waitlist for your product when you are communicating with other indiehackers. Some of them may decide to become your early users.
