    Oh guys, I really wish this would help me. I've never been to the gym, and all my workouts are strange improvisations at home. I'm too fat compared to all the guys in the gym. It is clear men don't immediately become gods there, but it's shameful to come there in my weight. I can only lose weight but not build muscle now. The don't eat algorithm is clearer to me than the exercise algorithm. Sometimes it seems that no matter what I do for this, the press on my stomach won't appear anyway.
