Visibility for partnership request

Hi all,

Was wondering where you think the best place for posting a partnership request would be?

Here is obviously a good answer, but I found that there are so many requests, especially for technical founders, that they get lost among others. Plus there's not good way to filter through them.

CoFoundersLab.com is another good place for that, but again filtering is awful.

I was actually so frustrated by this that I was thinking to design a new better tool, but hey, I need a technical co-founder. I've started learning to code but it's going slow and it's not where my core expertise sits, so finding someone on the same wavelength and working as a team is as you all know invaluable.
